Sightseeing Trips

We currently offer two different lenghts of sightseeing and wildlife trips. The routes taken will vary so that the skipper can make the most of the prevailing weather and tidal conditions.

1. SEALS, BIRDS AND TRESCO
2. AROUND THE ISLANDS
3. THREE ISLANDS IN ONE DAY
4. EVENING TRIPS

Seals, Birds and Tresco
Perfect for the daytripper, this short trip will take you to view Seabirds (usually including puffins until the end of July) and the Atlantic Grey Seals in their natural habitat. After the trip you have the option of landing on Tresco to enjoy the rest of your day and the return to St. Mary's on one of our scheduled services is included at no extra charge.

Usual Departure Time: 10.15am
Adults: £16.00. Children £10.00.

Around the Islands
If you really want to see as much as possible in one trip, this is the one for you! A typical trip (which will include seals and seabirds) may take you to Annet, the bird sancturary, through the Norrad Rocks, past Round Island Lighthouse, St. Helens, Tean, Tresco and St. Martins and conclude with a visit to the Eastern Isles. Another may take you to the Bishop Rock Lighthouse, through the Western Rocks and around the coasts of St. Agnes and St. Mary's.
This trip lasts approximately 1 hour and afterwards you can land on Tresco (or another Island by arrangement), with a choice of return on our scheduled services included.

Usual Departure Time: 11.45am and 2.00pm
Adults: £22.00. Children £16.00.

Three Islands in One Day
For those who want to visit several Islands in a day, this is the way to do it! The itinerary may vary because of the tides, but a typical trip would take you to St. Agnes in the morning, transferring to Tresco with time for lunch and a visit to the Gardens, and finishing with a visit to Bryher in the afternoon.

Usual Departure Time: 9.40am
Adults: £20.00. Children £12.00.

Evening Trips
Among the sevices we offer are supper trips to Tresco, Bryher and St. Martins (these compliment the nightly supper trip to St. Agnes on one of the larger boats). Keep an eye on the 'Wizard Specials' board on St. Mary's Quay, or give us a ring or ask at the kiosk on the quay and we will try and arrange a trip to suit.

Adult Return: £8.00. Children Return: £6.00.
Sightseeing around the Eastern Isles, including viewing the Seals.
